REMINDER: Annual dues will stay at $795, due March 1, 2025. YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A BILL IN THE MAIL AROUND THE HOLIDAYS. YOU CAN ALSO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS, WITH $0 FEES FOR AUTO-DRAFT THAT COMES OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AROUND THE 8TH OF MARCH.
To pay online, login to your CMA account (website) or email CMA to obtain an account (see next sentence).
How do I get a login? Email support@cmacommunities.com or call (404) 835-9100. Be sure to include your name, association and property address.

***There are fees associated with making an online payment, $2.25 for eCheck, $23.45 for credit card, but $0 if you sign up for Auto-Draft through your CMA account. The Auto-Draft is scheduled to be run around March 8th of each year. There are no fees associated with mailing a check, except postage. ***
