Dues: As a reminder, annual dues of $795 are due on March 1, 2025. This year, CMA sent notifications to homeowners based on their preferences in their online account. If you signed up for no paper statements, you should have received a notification via their website or can login to your account to make a payment. If you did not select that option or have never have signed up for an online account, then you should have received a paper statement around the holidays. When you login, the dues are not applied till March 1st, so if it says $0, you still need to pay for 2025, and if it shows ($795.00) in a negative balance, they have already received your payment for 2025. You can click on account details to see your recent account activity for your household account.
To pay online, login to your CMA account (website) or email CMA to obtain an account.

Spring Reminders: As spring arrives and more projects around the house and yards start to happen, a reminder that some of these projects need HOA Architecture Control approval and the Hedgerow website has been upgraded to include many new features. These upgrades include:
All forms submitted to the board for Architectural Improvement, Concerns, or Temporary Breach of HOA Covenants/Bylaws are fillable on the website and submitted directly there to the board. These are accessed under "Architectural Control" webpage (ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL | Hedgerow HOA (yourhedgerow.com). If you incur any issues filling out these forms, please let us know.
Also, remember to clean up debris in your yard that could go into your neighbors yards like leaves, overhanging limbs, overgrown bushes, etc.

Note: We are working on the website to retire the older prior board meeting notes into a consolidated file (still accessible on the website but not taking up so much room on the webpage), but the Board's most recent meeting was in December 2024 and will be uploaded when the website update is complete.
