HOA Dues | Note From CMA |Payment Options

Hello HR, here are some details regarding the payment coupons and options to make the $795 payment. Reminder, dues are due 3/1/22, contact the board at contacthhoa@gmail.com if you're having financial hardship.

There was a mistake on a couple of the coupons and they had to be corrected. They should be reaching homeowners in the beginning of the week.

www.cmacommunities.com is where to Setup automatic payments, make one-time eCheck payments, or make one-time credit card payments on the ePayment tab above. A nominal fee applies to all one-time payment types. •

Payments should be mailed to , c/o CMA, PO Box 65851, Phoenix, AZ 85082-5851. Please ensure your account number is noted on all mailed payments.
